Keelpath Partners Founder and Principal Consultant, Andy Dolan, is an accomplished medtech leader with a 25-year track record of driving revenue growth, organizational expansion, and stakeholder value for medtech companies. He leverages deep expertise in commercialization, marketing, and market access to consistently deliver impactful, measurable results.
He has held leadership positions at startups such as CIONIC, ONWARD Medical, and ReWalk Robotics (now Lifeward). These companies raised over $200M during his tenure on their executive teams, including two IPOs. Before these roles, he developed his career in sales and marketing at Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, and Integra LifeSciences.
He holds a BS from Springfield College, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a graduate certificate in bioengineering from Tufts University. Additionally, he serves as a Public Affairs Officer in the United States Navy.
